Preselect Applications

Preselected applicants are eligible to apply to our DDIP Preslect Scholarship. To be eligible, applicants must live in the United States (including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico). Applications are evaluated via a holistic rubric, where applicants must show evidence of financial need and demonstrate how their past experiences align with the DDIP mission and indicate their potential to support the program goals and objectives.
