Our Dietetic Internship
Diversify Dietetics Internship Program is a distance education program that prepares culturally-sensitive, entry-level dietitians committed to health equity and the advancement of the science and practice of the nutrition profession.
This program provides interns with the supervised practice training requirements needed to be eligible to sit for the credentialing exam for registered dietitian nutritionists.
Accreditation Status
The Diversify Dietetics Internship Program is a candidate for accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), the accrediting agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Candidacy for Accreditation is defined as a program not previously accredited that has had one site visit and is being implemented according to the ACEND® Accreditation Standards.
